.	All works and no play makes jack a dull boy. Sports and games keep students physically fit and mentally alert. There Is a multipurpose play field in the premises of the Vidyalaya. Regular coaching is given by our sports instructors and coaches arranged by the school to achieve excellence in this field. Special coaching is available for Volley-Ball, Judo, Karate, Hockey, Tennis And Skating.
Achievements	Our students took part in various Games at Regional Level. KV. Pragati Vihar stood first in Volley Ball (Girls) in Delhi Region and Four Girls were selected for KVS pre-Nationals Volley Ball Tournament held at Jaipur.
.	Abid Ali has won Gold medal in Lawn Tennis KVS National. Games & Sports-School teams have participated in regional FootBall,Basketball,Volleyball ,Swimming (B)Lawn tennis,Skating,Volleyball(girls), Badminton,Lawn tennis (G)swimming(G)Cricket BoysU-16,hockey matches & following Players were selected for National games
